With over 38 years of experience in Development Banking, Microfinance, and MSME Retail Lending, and more than 25 years in the Social Sector, the Founder of Lakshitha, Mr P. S. N. Murthy, has played a pivotal role in advancing financial inclusion in India. A founding team member of MUDRA, a key initiative by the Government of India, he also served at SIDBI for 25 years, voluntarily retiring as Deputy General Manager to pursue his passion for social impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2002, he founded Lakshitha, driving initiatives in education, health, and financial literacy. Currently, along with managing Lakshitha, he provides consulting and training in Microfinance, Financial Inclusion, Women Empowerment, and Skill Development, serves as an advisor to NGOs focused on Financial Literacy, and offers mentorship to budding entrepreneurs. Additionally, he is a faculty member at various premier State and Central institutions, colleges, and universities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
